DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Protocol If a valid DMCA takedown request is filed, we will remove the infringing content as required by copyright law. In fairness, we may disclose the details of the takedown notice, including the complainant’s contact details, to the alleged infringer. If you believe your content was taken down by mistake, you may file a counter-notice. The counter-notice should contain: Identification of the removed content and its prior location. Your name, address, phone number, and email address. A sworn declaration that you believe the content was removed in error. A declaration consenting to legal proceedings and accepting service of legal documents. Your physical or electronic signature. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless the complainant initiates legal action.
